To guarantee a reservation a 50% deposit is required by credit card.

Cancellation Policies
For individual reservations, cancellations made 24 hrs. before arrival there will be no charge. If not, the first night will be charged as a No Show.

In group reservations bigger than 10 rooms, cancellations will be free of charge if they are made 72 hrs. prior arrival. If not, the first night times the number of rooms will be charged as a No Show.

Meeting Room, basic audiovisual equipment and coffee service with no cost when you choose group lodging and meals.
The cafeteria service is permanent and includes coffee, cookies and flavored fruit water. In the morning recess there are regional snacks served.

There is a 10% increase on all commercial rates on the following seasons: holy week, night of the dead, Christmas and new year’s eve season.
